Win Lambertson, an 84 year old inventor, showed a device he has been
working on for 32 years which he claims is 153% efficient. The small device is a
solid-state box smaller than 4 inches square. He calls it an E-Dam, or
electricity dam.
Lambertson described his device as made from wooden flooring with two steel
plates inside. It also contains a white dielectric material and ceramic
material. It uses a pulsed DC square wave. The diamagnetic material passes
magnetic waves faster than air. The magnetic field moves to the outside of the
device and the electrons speed up due to the steel plates. The device can be
scaled with proper manufacturing.
The inventor is currently seeking funding. He described some of the hassles he
has had in trying to obtain funding to market his device.
