Bruce Forrester Speaks on ‘Multiple Wave Oscillators’
Addressed the ExtraOrdinary Technology conference in Salt Lake City on
Friday, July 30, 2004, 8:00 am. Also discussed cloud busters and orgone
accumulators.

Bruce spoke about the works of
William Reich and his orgone accumulator experiments. He has duplicated some of
Reich’s work. He claims to have built and demonstrated cloud-busters which
concentrate orgone (or biological energy).
The Orgone Accumulator shell is built essentially like a capacitor, but using
alternating organic (100% whool) and metallic materials (galvanized steel).
The photos of him using the cloud buster showed him wearing pink clothing. He
said this was to avoid attracting the atmospheric energy to himself. He said the
device could be used as either a cloud buster or rain maker, depending on how it
is oriented.
Bruce passed out a handout containing the pictures and slides shown during his
presentation, half of which had to do with his topic, though he only spent a
quarter of his time on the topic, preferring rather to give the audience a
correction course in religious and political philosophy from a historic
perspective.
His topic was entitled “Building Multiple Wave Oscillators”. Late into his
presentation, he spoke about some of Tesla’s multiple wave oscillators and
briefly discussed his own work with the oscillators. The program read, “This
is an excellent opportunity for Tesla Coil builders to pick up some construction
tips for their devices too.” That did not prove to be the case. There was not
any time for questions from the audience.
Bruce had some oscillators on display at his table during the conference and
gave demonstrations to the attendees. In his presentation, he said he has built
300 orgone accumulators and two cloud busters. The moderator said he had bought
an orgone accumulator and that it worked. One other person at the conference
vouched for the orgone accumulator and cloud buster technologies, having built
them himself. In his presentation, Bruce said he does not use testimonials for
ethical and legal reasons, and referred to this information as “forbidden
knowledge.” When asked what the device does and how it works, he said, “Build
it yourself and find out. Those who are sincere about taking control of their
own health will do so.”
