Kiril Chukanov Speaks on Quantum Technologies: Ball Lightning
Addressed the ExtraOrdinary Technology conference in Salt Lake City on
Friday, July 30, 2004, 4:00 pm. Reviewed the theory behind his laboratory
creation of controlled ball lightning, an effect he has mastered. Groups
of attendees came to his home nearby to view his two prototypes.

Dr. Chukanov spoke about Quantum
Technologies and how he is able to create artificial ball lightning. He has
built five quantum energy devices in his workshop, two of which are presently
functional and produce ball lightning.
Chukanov uses microwaves to create the unusual form of energy and contain it in
quartz spheres. He postulates that enormous electrical outputs (Megawatts) are
possible. He theorizes that this energy could be used to power entire cities. It
can also be used to make particle accelerators that can fit inside semi trucks,
instead of the huge ones existing today.
Dr Chukanov has written some books on quantum energy and how to utilize it to
solve the worlds energy needs. At the conference, he also spoke about the
health benefits of using quantum energy.
Over the four-day conference, several groups of attendees visited his workshop
at his home nearby and were shown demonstrations of the man-made ball lightning.
The crowd packed into his small lab and saw two of his machines create the
approximate 4 inch diameter spheres of near arc-welding brightness, and we were
able to witness the excess heat and light.
Each group that traveled to his workshop received a mini-lecture from Dr.
Chukanov on the technology. He describes the difference between plasma and ball
lightning creation. He first creates plasma, then ball lightning. The light
continues for some seconds after the power is shut off. He believes that the
sphere is actually a massive atom.
He prepared a 55-page hand-out for the conference.
Many thanks to Kiril and his family for their hospitality. They were gracious
hosts to their guests.
