Vision: Establish a library of congress like repository of hard copies of
alternate energy books, papers, journal, blueprints, documents, videos, etc..

Head Librarian - Procure books both by purchase and donation, catalogue, shelve, handle
check-out, fines, and renewals. Establish robust interlibrary loan service (including with
individuals and organization collections) for tracking down hard-to-find books. Oversee the scanning
in of book contents for electronic retrieval. Oversee implementation of rare book information into
Encyclopedia. The Librarian's foremost role is to add the most valuable hard copy content to
the Internet that does not yet appear on the Internet, within the purview of copyright laws.
