Danger

The PM/PEM,M-G contains high voltage, high current, and laser switching devices.

DANGER
____________

Laser Radiation Avoid Direct Eye Contact
Class IIIA Laser

DANGER
____________

The motor and some circuits shown in these working drawings are High Voltage and High Current. Large High Voltage capacitors are employed to produce power pulses. Large ignition type, High Voltage transformers are employed to develop electronic AVALANCHE.

Anyone attempting to replicate this work should be at least a licensed electrician or electrical engineer formally trained in proper safety procedure for High Voltage.

"A current of 10 mA will result in a shock sufficient to cause involuntary muscle control. A current of 100mA lasting one second can result in crippling effects and may result in DEATH.

"Beyond 100mA, extreme shock occurs which may result in ventricular fibrillations that could easily lead to death." (Practical Electronics for Inventors.)

The High Voltage, High Current Circuits shown in these drawings are 3,000 vdc and up. The currents can be in excess of 20 amps. Instantaneous power pulses in excess of 60 KW have been developed during experimentation releasing large amounts of electromagnetic radiation ( possibly) in the X-ray range or of a Tesla type 'long wave'. "Radiant Energy".

There is nothing "SAFE" about this type of power, contrary to what others may have stated.

If you choose to do research in High Voltage, you are doing so at your own risk. We assume no responsibility for your actions. You have been properly warned.

Some of the PM/PEM, M-G design work is low voltage.
Highly efficient motors can be constructed with caution by experimenters on a small scale that are "safe" when proper safe working procedures are followed.
