Status: Project commenced June 7, 2004.  James Fauble had a prototype several years ago, and now want to replicate it to see if it has energy applications, funneling energy from charges in the air.  Adequacy of instructions not yet verified by PES.

  • Signing Off from the PES_ISBP_OS_Project_Forum - James Fauble gives his closing post to the forum where this project and the HOPE generator project were discussed.  Cites lack of adequate financial resources to build a functional ISPB replica; says the forum contains the necessary info for anyone who may wish to try.

  • James has not been able to reproduce the ISBP effect originally seen - After spending several thousand dollars of his own money, trying several configurations and materials, James Fauble has not been able to reproduce the original effect.  He has, however, come up with another solid state generator system, which he calls the HOPE generator that he says does produce far more energy than it consumes.
