Makeshift Magnets Not Working
ISBP Open Sourcing Project update, Jan. 15, 2005
James Fauble has had difficulty sourcing the same kind of monopole magnets
he used in his device several years ago.

Subject: [pes_isbp] Where is the project headed?:
Greetings Humans,
For the last week I have been trying many various methods to
coax a beam projection from the new assembly but have had no positive
results at all. It now seems obvious that there is no way around
using authentic quadrupole magnets. This was a big worry of mine from
the beginning and the fact that every other ion projection technology
seems to use true quadrupoles, sextapoles, hextapoles, etc.. should
have been a good clue from the start I guess. This is a real sticky
wicket mate's! Well, hang on to the instructions for the original
ISBP just in case one of you find some quads in some old speakers one
day. I still don't know if the copper plated steel containment
ring/band is necessary but that is what I used on the original
working device. I still believe that there are many possibilities
associated with this type of beam technology. There are so many
questions that need to be answered and money that must be invested
before we can move ahead that the job is to much for one man,
especially in the position that I am in at this time. Many of these
questions could be answered by using existing equipment in labs
around the country but if the reasons are for the purpose of possible
alternative energy technologies, you can bet the farm that it will
never be done. The reasons for my interest in the ISBP approach to
alternative energy is that there are many other off-shoots or other
technologies which are just as or nearly as important and valuable as
clean free energy. These related technologies could be used to
promote R&D rather than using the possible new energy source
approach. I honestly believe that this is the only way to approach
the problem of answering the questions concerning alternative energy.
Even with the large numbers of individuals around the world who have
been trying for years to make headway we have seen almost no real
success in new energy technologies. Most of us are by now well aware
of how the real world works and the whole oil scenario and so there
needs to be a re-evaluation as to how we approach the situation. As
far as the ISBP technology goes, I think that the best way to bring
it into being would be to promote it as anything other than a
possible free energy source. There is a gentleman that I have been in
contact with who has had the forsight to see how this sort of tech
could be used with RIFE technologies to better relay the frequencies
to a specific area of the body. This is an example of what I am
talking about. I don't know how to spark enough interest in the right
people to convince them to invest in R&D and it will most likely be
someone else who profits from the development of this technology but
at least the information is out there now and the door is open to many
new possibilities. The field is wide open for anyone with the money
to R&D even the first primitive design, to become the next Bill Gates
and I believe that the emergence of new beam technologies will
themselves open other doors and possibilities in space as well. I
don't know what role I'll play or even if I'll have a part from this
point on in the show but one things for sure, I will be saying I told
you so again to a few people in the near future. I will be talking
with Sterling soon to find out where things are going with this
project and let you all know what's up. God's love people, keep it
real!
Best Regards All,
Jim
