Dec. 14, SDA composed a write-up of the plans as conveyed by Doug and
posted them privately (not linked publicly).
Dec. 13, SDA spoke with Doug Mann at length by phone to get
explanation of device.
Dec. 10, 2003, Mann sent email to SDA announcing the existence of the
motor and the wish to post its design publicly.
