Energy > Inexhaustible > Magnetic Motors > Bowman > Open Sourcing > Strategy > Objective: 15 HP Bowman Motor in Short OrderThrough cooperative input in an open sourcing method among privately trusted individuals. Letter from Douglas Mann Group, In its day, the steam engine offered new and useful power. It was developed over time as it was being used . The gas engine was better, lighter for the power output, and was cheaper to build and to operate. It was also developed over time as it was being used. Today any kind of application or process can have many possible types of power systems to provide the energy to do the job. The invention of a new kind of power will not mandate its use. The Bowman motor will stay in the lab unless it proves itself quickly, and can do the same job as engines of today at less cost . It will not have the development time under applications like its forerunners. It will need to enter the market ready to take the place of the systems that are here now. If the development is done in the normal way the system lords will have any and all benefit put in there pockets some way. The time lag from the development labs to the highway will be long, taking many years. The force of study will not be to perfect the process, but to perfect the control of its use. The only way I can see to do this is to perfect the 15 hp 100% Bowman Motor. The design should be as simple as possible and use off-the-shelf parts. Then post the design and full blueprints and parts list. Anybody can use the design free, without limit. The pubic domain placement of the Bowman motor will include proofs of its function, define the Bowman Process, and use simulations on the web to make the process obvious. This will bar its being patented There will need to be a fund to defend the pubic domain of the Bowman process. This could be done with a open license fee. There are those that will take this to court just to break the supporters. The court will most probably support the system lords' money... It is ours until we give it to them. I believe that a closed shop development program is in order, as we expand and reach out to more people [in private], and complete the reproductions. The objective will be to design, build and test a 15 HP motor. This should take less than four months. The people wants this, but it must be in a form that is useful. The [establishment] system has no need to give this to the people. There are thousands of people that will make units, and put it to use, if the information is provided to them. Their combined effort will provide the application development work. Imagine a day soon when 500 magnetic power cars drive to DC, as the Ph.D.s say it cannot be done. There is a lot work to get done now. In the next three weeks, I will be working hard to see this happen, moving us closer to that objective. Douglas [with slight editing from Sterling]
