nickel plated?

I called the phone number and confirmed.

I asked to get a quote for price and lead time for 25 pieces. She might not be able to get that for me today, but it may be in the next day or two. I asked her if she knew Doug Mann. She immediately recalled the name. No hesitation.

Doug said the magnets he received were Ni-plated (protects from corrosion of the Neodymium).

Doug said his magnets cost him about $300 per 16 magnets.  They give him a tolerance of within 2% or less.  (I'm not sure I understood that statement)

EZ Industries magnet quote (comment) say they don't have solid magnets of the size requested, say "you can stack 2 together to make 1.750" (not good option)

Delrin; Stainless Steel Shafts; Belts

Doug said he is getting his delrin and stainless steel shafts from McMaster-Carr Company out of Illinois.  www.mcmaster.com

Dax Hamilton says: "I use them extensively and they ship next day usually. You can order online easily once you set up an account."

They also have timing belts.
