Ken Hegemann's MXLO Magnetic Motor replicationMXLO Magnet Motor Open Sourcing Project

Summary: This open sourcing project sponsored by Pure Energy Systems, based on a design by MXLO, commenced Mar. 3, 2004 and was active for about a month.  At least 14 (8 verified) replications were built, none of which worked, proving that MXLO plans are neither easy nor complete, contrary to what they insinuate on their site, which now redirects to the U.S. government's renewable energy site. On July 10, a hint about shielding was given that was not contained in the plans.

Permission from MXLO to Post Their Copyrighted Plans

Note 1 from MXLO

To: "Sterling D. Allan" <sterlingda@greaterthings.com>
Sent: Wednesday, March 03, 2004 5:25 AM
Subject: Re: MXLO thumbnail image permission

Dear Mr. Allan,

You have my permission to post the images that you have. [...]  You may also post the parts list, and any other material you feel will benefit those who would not require our time and email support, or who may not afford our service.

The only worry we have with the posting is being bombarded with technical questions, outside our normal customer base.

Since we are a small three-person team, it is difficult for us to answer to piece questions, and tend to our customer base at the same time. If we avoid  answering questions from outside our customer base we then become branded as a scam.

I appreciate your understanding our position.

Best regard's

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your interest in our website.

If you are in possession of the materials we provide, then you may share it with the users of your website, or as a public service to your users who cannot afford our materials and service. We do not request a link back to our site, nor can we offer support outside of our customer base.

Since this device is not our invention, or our technology, we would not be interested in promoting it to a level beyond what our three-person team can handle.

Also, because of the nature of the device, we feel it's best that only those wanting to experiment with the technology have access to it at this time.

Limiting its promotion should prevent hassles for anyone trying to promote the device, as well as prevent suppression before someone can build on its design.

Thank you for understanding.

Thomas Jean

Note 3 from MXLO: Tech. origin

Hello Mr. Allan

I am sorry but I would not be able to disclose that information to anyone. We overtly state that this technology is not of our devise, so that those who are aware of the principle do not dishonor our work. The mind of this technology is an elderly man of 89 years, and one who would surely not care to be bothered by any solicitation in his retirement. I have given you permission to post/share with your users what we have developed of his principle/work, but as stated previously, we do not have the time to support any technical queries outside those of our customer base.

Best regard's

Thomas Jean
