Hubert Roussel's Stirling Engine Reports
Under consideration as a possible open source project
for Pure Energy Systems, June 14, 2004. We might not go with this
iteration in particular, but it certainly serves as an inspiration.

Subject: Re: [pes_ee] OS Proposal: Stirling Engine
Any device that extracts some source of energy not now being tapped or conserved
is alternate energy to what is now being tapped and is worthy of pursuit and
could be a good open source or manufacturing possibility. Being with our head in
the clouds and saying that any particular devise that improves the planet and
cuts the cost of energy is good.
This devise was featured by Dennis Lee several years ago and still has good
possibilities to utilize all kinds of wasted energy exhausts and solar, thermal
heat sources and etc.
If we could research the most effective version and do R&D to make it
manufacturable we may find some group that could profitably manufacture and
market it and stop spewing unneeded waste heat into the environment or tap
unused heat sources to save money for many by home and industrial use.
