Patent Intended
Richard Timko intends to apply for a patent on his idea that he is bringing
to us to open source. The "Prior
Art" document represents his full statement of what is being
claimed. All other knowledge, both that which predates the open sourcing,
as well as that which comes forth in the process of open sourcing, that is not
documented in that "prior art" disclosure is absent of intellectual
rights claims unless held elsewhere. Due diligence effort will be made to
list here any such encumbrances as they become known.
