To urge a shift in legislation to protect the
emergence and remove the suppression of new energy technologies,
including such things as magnetic motors, cold fusion, zero point energy solid
state devices, and super-carburetors.
"The notion of taxing free energy about 5 UScents/kW in
the State of California has provoked a furor in our network - and clearly in
California where 7,000 e-mail protests were laid."
-- Andrew Michrowski, Toronto (March 25, 2003)

Editor's NOTE: you can't legislate technology into
existence. Government's role should be to protect, not to create.
