Car Legislation
In Feb., 2003, US lawmakers Sen. Ron Wyden and Rep. Chris Cox
pushed for the development of hydrogen cars with proposed legislation that
would put hydrogen cars on the road in 10 years and also
reduce US foreign oil dependency by 30 million barrels a year.
